Our Mission: We are a specialized team of health professionals dedicated to providing the community with advocacy, resources, education, and early detection support as they negotiate the arduous path of living with dementia.
The IDCC partners with local non-profit organizations to offer assistance and organize events, workshops, and presentations focused on raising awareness and providing information about Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia.
The IDCC represents and advocates locally for change in the Inland Empire hoping to bring national change. This includes supporting the California Master Plan on Aging, the Inland Empire Network for Care and the Southern California chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association’s social service team.
We collaborate closely with multiple non-profit organizations to ensure easy access to resources and information on dementia and its related cognitive declines. Our efforts aim to simplify searching for information and accessing support from various service agencies.
The IDCC will establish ourselves as a training center for first responders, social workers, healthcare coordinators, and professionals in senior health and dementia care. Our mission is to enhance their education and skills, empowering them to better serve the senior community.
The Inland Dementia C.A.R.E. Center would not be possible without the continued support of its partners and sponsors, who enable us to carry out our mission of providing the community with dementia support and resources.
