Shari Fleischman

Shari Fleischman is the Founder/CEO of the Inland Dementia C.A.R.E. Center. She brings decades of experience working with non-profits and as a professional in Senior Health, Wellness, and Social Services. She works closely with the City of Riverside, the City of Riverside Police Department, the Riverside Fire Department, and several other senior health care and management agencies, as well as local non-profits to provide Community, Advocacy, Resources, and Education regarding dementia care and other cognitive decline illnesses.

Shari served six years for the City of Riverside Commission on Aging and retired as commission chair in 2019. She is also a member of the Riverside Chamber of Commerce, the American Association of Services Coordinators, a committee member for the California Master Plan on Aging, and a board member of the Inland Empire Network for Care.
