My name is Amy Mitchell, and I am originally from the great state of New Hampshire. I am married to my first love James Mitchell (from Maine), and between the two of us, we have 5 children and 5 grandchildren! My occupation has been in serving our senior population for the past 20 years. I was raised to respect our elders, and to treat them with the same respect and dignity as any other human being. This is a part of the core fabric of my upbringing. I appreciate the stories, history, wisdom, strength, and tenacity that they all possess. I believe we all have something to learn from our Elders, and it is such a blessing to serve them and holds much personal reward for me. In my spare time I am cooking, gardening, and spending time with my beloved family.
